what are you looking for that you think you can't have now?

it helps to have guides but in the end only you can take yourself down the path

Sean what you said is great. What I'm noticing there is you choosing to be the observer and not investing yourself until the project is safely out of the red.

Let me put something out there and see if it lands for you..

Are there other areas of life where you do the same? Where you're the analyst, adviser and consultant - rather than leader? What's your experience of those areas?

Would you consider this as an opportunity to try on a different way of being - to take the lead and be one of the people responsible for taking the project from "crawling" as you put it and making it into a "sprinting"?

Steven

i would and i have considered it but im focused on other things right now that need my attention. When its up and running it would be easier for me to help out here and there while spending time on uni, work, my trip & my relationship. i would love to see this sprinting and hold up a cup of water to those in need but i don't have the time to go into marathon training at the moment? i perked up cause i hoped i would be at liberty to help out here and there with some input. if thats not enough of a commitment or takes away from the project im ok with missing out and wish the project what it hopes to achieve.

Hey I just read the first module of EmpowerMen, it basically asked me to think of a most hated time with a woman, what if I can't really think of a concrete time but rather just different disappointments spread out? For example, not taking anything further, not taking advantage of opportunities, having no balls, not knowing what to do, getting absurdly stuck in my head, etc? Like I can definitely think of some pretty abhorrent feelings but I don't really think there was one specific time that took the cake.
