I think it can be helpful for everyone taking this challenge.

PS: For now I'm still on the "19 days" challenge and if it goes well I inted to take this one as well.

Day 13:

My libido is weird. I'm either super horny, or not horny at all. Had a few moments today where I felt ready to just let loose by looking at a girl. Intense. Waiting for the drop... Cause for now It's still up. (See what I did there, again ?)

Hi all.

I'm new to the forums, and jumping this bandwagon.

I've tried and failed the reddit/nofap challenge 10 times or so, which made me realize it is really an addiction. I might have decided not to do it, and it always starts with just one quick glance on my phone or something, and goes all downhill from there. The temptation to finish once you're in the process is always too much, so I guess the only solution is not to touch it at all.

I'm drawing some comparison to drinking coffee - when I realized that my chronic fatigue and depression were due to caffeine affecting my health, it is not a challenge at all to stay away from it - because I know it will make me feel shit for days. However, it's different with porn - I've been using it almost daily for years, and if there are some negative consequences, I'm not aware of them apart from anecdotal evidence. Maybe I'm just so used to them I take them as the norm.

So the only way to find out is actually carry out the experiment... which has proven too hard so far.

I slipped up this weekend. Sunday (still today for me) is day 1. Right now I'm gonna aim for 7, with the intent of extending it once I reach that.

Wow, so this is like day 25? It the longest I've been without PMO since...well since I've first started wanking I guess.

I feel that I'm more committed during my workouts. I push myself much more, especially during the last couple reps.

But during the day I notice my mind wandering constantly. I think of hot chicks and sex more than anything else. Should start meditating more I guess.

Anyways, stick to it guys! Let's push through this!

I'm on day 6, shooting for 22! Feeling OK, just very LOOSE and can occasionally get talking to old/new girls like crazy, almost better than I ever have before. A lot less stuck in my head around women, occasionally with other things though. Seen a former girlfriend a couple times since, as well as two girls I've been previously involved with who all flirted like crazy. I'm flirting back without any big physical moves since I have a girlfriend who is away. Got a lot of changes happening over the next few days which will bring distractions so will keep posted.

This is awesome dude. This is what you need. Knowing this will give you a HUGE step up. I guess teh question now is why are you feeling these and how do you deal with them?

Was feeling powerless because I didn't view my world as my creation. Was feeling lonely because I wasn't sharing myself completely. Was feeling frustrated and sad because I based my happiness on my success with women, letting THEM validate me.

Day 10

Almost cracked again two nights back. Pushed through it. Going to be working through End-Game during the PMO challenge so I can completely rewrite the patterns I'v been following thus far. No more shall life not be mine.
