LEIGH UPDATE: 5 days down, 60 to go.

This is so painful. Seriously. I'm having real issues falling asleep. I would fucking hump my bed if I was aloud to. Well, pretty much anything I reckon.

But at the same time I'm noticing changes that occur throughout the day. I'm starting to do things I wouldn't have done before. I'm being more sexual with girls not just with words, but also the way I look at them or talk with them.

Day 4. I had a dream the pervious night, where I grabbed a stack on lesbian porn DVDs and was abput to watch a scene or two, but didn't let the screen commence as i realised i was on a no porn diet. yes this was an actual dream. When I started out on my no pmo diet felt I had mre time to more do things.

I've been able to keep my self disciplined and focused on other matters like sleeping on parts of my work trips to and from work, and being active in the men's group,,

I have decided to back out of the 64 day challenge. It seems like too much too soon.

I will keep practicing not viewing porn for longer and longer periods ( so far 7 days with out porn) so I can feel some sort of power i had in my teenage years.

I just saw this going on and figured I'd jump in. I'd had a dry spell going for an unknown number of days but lost it this last Saturday. So I'm going again.
